WHAT IS VERIFICATION? WHY DO I NEED IT?

Verification is a confirmation of your identity and means of payment (for example, bank cards). User verification is required by financial market regulators and payment service providers. This is a standard procedure all trading platforms use. We ask every Binomo trader to go through verification at some point. Once verification is requested, funds withdrawal will be restricted until the trader is verified. The good news is, it usually takes us less than 10 minutes to verify a user.


Apart from being a law-enforced requirement, verification also helps protect your funds. Should the account be stolen, verified users will have a chance to get their funds back.

HOW DO I WITHDRAW FUNDS TO A BANK CARD?

Bank card withdrawals are only available for cards issued in Ukraine or Kazakhstan.


To withdraw funds to a bank card, you’ll need to follow these steps:

1. Go to the withdrawal in the “Cashier” section.
In the web version: Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen and choose the “Cashier” tab in the menu.

2. Then click the “Withdraw funds” tab.

HOW CAN I CLAIM BONUS?

Bonuses can be credited:

  • when depositing your own funds into your account (standard), including when using a bonus coupon

  • upon the activation of a no-deposit bonus

No-deposit bonuses are provided:

  • within the framework of company promotions (free)

  • by a personal manager to vip members (as individual offers)

BONUS CANCELLATION

Bonus can be cancelled if trading operations have not been completed since it was credited. To do it, please contact us on support@binomo.com.

If for some technical reason, your bonus has not been canceled, although the balance of your real account has become lower than the minimum investment amount, please write to us at support@binomo.com
